The organsing committee are also looking for old photos of Ulladulla School days of the 1920s – 1950s, plus photos of all past Principals. There are many families who have had 4 and 5 generations attend Ulladulla Public School.
The School opened July 29 1861 with John Spurgeon as Principal/teacher on a salary of £7 per month.
David Warden was chair of the School Board at the time. Each of the attending 36 students attending school had to pay 6d per week for their education and an extra 6d once a quarter for the book fund.
