The Fun Run is on for the 2007 Summer Games, featuring the 4.5km route at North Ulladulla headland, so there will be ablaze with both runners and walkers.

This community fitness and fun event is part of the Milton Ulladulla Apex community program. Registration is from 7am to 7.50am.

The race starts and finish at Rotary Park Ulladulla, with runners starting 8am and walkers at 8.30am. The entry fee is $5. Download Entry Form

There will be lucky draws for all runners will be conducted after last entrant finishes. Also in 2007 there will be a special prize for the first business to have two staff members finish the funrun. Elizans Restaurant is giving away a 3 course dinner voucher for winning business. St George Bank and Dynamic Business & Training Solutions are also sponsoring the Funrun. The Ulladulla Rats Running Club will be helping out Apex on the day.

Don't participate if you have been suffering from any illness with 48 hours.
Take it easy if you have not trained sufficiently.
Have a light breakfast at least 2 hours before the start - cereal, toast with honey, fruit juice - ideal.
Stop if you feel dizzy, have chest pains or nausea and seek help from officials along the course.
Don't overheat yourself by running in excessive clothing. Singlet or T-Shirt, cotton socks, shorts and running shoes are all that you will need.
February is normally a hot month so drink plenty of water before, during and after. There will be water stops along the 4.5km route.
