See the sand of Washerwomans Beach and the coastline to Berrara and beyond! The becahes give views of breaking waves, Green Island, and Cunjurong Point. Feed the stringrays at Washerwoman's Beach next to the boat ramp which is suitable for all boats.

Turn off the Princess Highway, 15 minutes north of Ulladulla. Both Manyana and Bendalong feature general stores, caravan parks, holiday rentals and picnic areas with surfing and swimming beaches.

The surf near Green Island at Conjola (access from Manyana/ Cunjurong Point) provides excellent board riding for enthusiasts and there are plenty of spots for spear fishing and scuba diving.

The Bendalong General Store have implemented the phasing out of plastic bags. They are offering Screenprinted calico bags for $2.60 or 10 cents for a "new" recycled plastic bag with the proceeds being donated to the local rural fire brigade.

Off Leash Exercise Areas for Dogs: The hours of operation are prior to 8.00 am and after 4.00 pm each day at Bendalong Washerwomans Beach and foreshore reserve between Washerwomans Creek and Boat Harbour Rocks
