In 1947 the Commonwealth
Government abolished the observance of Armistice Day on
November 11 and in its place, became Remembrance Day, for
those who gave their lives both in the wars of 1914-18 and
1939 - 1945. Canberra

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning.
We will remember them.
Lest We Forget
There are currently over 320 individuals names in database, who are being researched that were either born and/or enlisted into WW1 in the Milton Ulladulla District. 200 individual serviceman & women completed research is currently online
