Development potential at gateway to Burrill

Burrill Lake is moving ahead in leaps and bounds, with construction of the new bridge, new lands releases selling out within hours and, now, a large parcel of land being offered for development at Gateway Dolphin Point.

The Gateway is comprised of three large lots at the southern entrance to Burrill Lake and Dolphin Point.

Selling agent Ben Pryde, from Raine & Horne Mollymook Milton, said the sites offered a variety of development potential, including neighbourhood shops, tourist accommodation, seniors living, medium density and residential subdivision, subject to approval by Shoalhaven City Council.

The three lots, at the intersection of the Princes Highway and Dolphin Point Road, are being offered for sale in one line.

Ben says, with Burrill Lake undergoing a transformation as work continues on the new bridge as associated streetscaping, he hopes a developer will snap up the land and create an attractive entry to the Milton Ulladulla district, possibly with a mix of homes, holiday accommodation and shops.

“Burrill Lake and Dolphin Point are really progressing, with lots of new families moving to the area,” he said.

“The Gateway development could be a fantastic addition to the village.”

The three lots, with a total land size of almost 30,000m2, has an asking price of $3.5 million plus GST.
