Swine flu vaccinations available

[ March 16, 2010; April 20, 2010; ] Shoalhaven City Council together with South Eastern Sydney Illawarra Health Service’s Public Health Unit, will conduct family vaccination clinics for the pandemic H1N1 2009 influenza [swine flu].

The clinics will be held at Ulladulla during February, March and April 2010 at the Ulladulla Civic Centre Tuesday 16 Feb, Tuesday 16 Mar, Tuesday 20 Apr.

The Heart Foundation Walking group has been set up in conjunction with your local voice 97.3 ABC Illawarra. We walk on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 8:30.

Free Chicken Pox Vaccination

Children born on or after 1 May 2004 can now receive chickenpox vaccine free when they turn 18 months old.
The National Varicella (Chickenpox) Vaccination Program also has a long-term catch-up component for one group of children aged between 10 to 13 years who have not received the vaccine or who have not had the disease.
